I am in a very bad mood and I feel the need to find my self and define my personality.
I feel very empty, pessimist and my self-esteem is at the bottom.
Through this book I woulkd like to define myself by finding my equilibrium, feel free, and solidify my personality. Moreover, I would like to understand human behaviors when it comes to personal relations and find a way to interpret them optimisticaly.
