I was on my favorite online forum today talking with a few other forum members about cooking and recipes. Somehow the conversation moved from American foods to Irish foods including Irish stew. We shared information about our best recipes and where to get the freshest ingredients. It is amazing how our lives have changed over the years with this advanced technology. Now millions of people have access to my original Irish recipes. It is a really cool concept when you think about it.
